Ownership & Authorization
Submitter confirms that they either own the submitted track or have full permission and authorization to submit the track on behalf of the owner, artist, or record label.
Broadcast Permission
Submitter grants the Provider permission to play submitted track on livestreams, podcasts, DJ performances, social media post, and YouTube replays operated by the Provider. Provider will not distribute track submission as a stand alone track. Any posts with submitted track will only be a portion of the track with either voiceover or liners playing over it.
Promotion & Credit
If a track is selected for play, the Provider may promote the artist name, label name, release title, artwork, and related promotional materials across its platforms. The Provider may also include streaming and purchase links supplied by the Submitter.
Track Labeling Requirements
All submitted tracks must be properly labeled, including accurate genre classification, artist information, and release details. Misleading or intentionally incorrect labeling may result in suspension or termination of submissions and related accounts.
Playback Length
The Provider may play up to a three (3) minute portion of a submitted track at a time.
No Guaranteed Airplay
Submission of music does not guarantee that a track will be played, promoted, featured, or included in any livestream, podcast, DJ show, recording, or event.
No Compensation or Royalties
Besides standard performance play / royalties, submitted tracks are considered promotional submissions for play consideration by Provider. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, no compensation, licensing fees, or payments will be provided for playback, promotion, or feature consideration by Provider.
Copyright Compliance
Submitter is fully responsible for ensuring submitted content does not violate any copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property laws. If the Provider receives copyright strikes, claims, disputes, takedown notices, or legal complaints related to submitted content, the Provider reserves the right to immediately remove the content and terminate the Submitter’s account or access.
Email Communications
By submitting music, Submitter agrees to receive promotional and informational emails related directly to the Provider’s shows, events, releases, and music-related projects. The Provider will not sell personal information to third parties. Submitter may opt out of communications at any time by contacting the Provider via email.
Social Media Links
The Provider may display social media profiles, websites, and promotional links submitted by the Submitter. Inappropriate, misleading, harmful, or offensive content associated with submitted links may result in removal or account termination.
Submission Quality & Fit
The Provider reserves the right to reduce, pause, reject, or terminate support, submissions, or account activity if submitted content is determined not to be a good fit or contributing factor for the Provider’s programming, audience, or brand.
Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall not be responsible for any loss, damages, claims, missed opportunities, copyright disputes, platform removals, or other issues arising from submitted content, promotional activity, or the use of the Provider’s services and platforms.
Right to Remove Content
The Provider reserves the right to remove, reject, or discontinue use of any submission at any time without explanation or prior notice.
Right to Terminate
The Provider reserves the right to terminate any account, submission access, or agreement at its sole discretion if deemed necessary for the operation, protection, or best interests of the organization.
Changes to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time with written notice.
